Hello dear readers! How has been the past week for you? For us it has been a week full of new activities, insights and discovery!
On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday we had more meetingS with the schools from Alba. We prepared a small presentation of ourselves as volunteers, of Vagamondo and Bergolo and we made a kahoot! with different questions and we had a lot lot of fun. Thank you informagiovani Alba for this opportunity!
On Thursday we also helped to the major of Bergolo to move the documents from one office to the other. In a few weeks they will open a small shop in Bergolo! We will finally have a shop to go! It seems that the village it's growing
Do you know what is the IKIGAI? Is a Japanese concept referring to having a direction or purpose in life, providing a sense of fulfillment and towards which they the person may take actions, giving them satisfaction and a sense of meaning. This past week Janis guided us in a workshop to find our IKIGAI!
On Saturday we gathered with almost all of the neighbors from Bergolo and we cleaned all together the paths! We were all dressed up in orange (it felt like we were all Vagamondo's volunteers). At the end of the cleaning and as a small reward the major provided a yummy lunch full of all kind of focaccia. It was a really good way to get more in contact with the neighbors, talk in Italian and enjoy the nature of Alta Langa.
And last but not least, this Saturday afternoon we went to a Brazilian bar in Levice. There was a beautiful art exposition and it was the first time in months that we enjoyed of live music with a DJ in the beautiful square of the village.
