Last week, most of us were preparing for another upcoming week, another youth exchange - Decameron. Last week it was quiet before the storm. Days when people of Bergolo were enjoying the last warm of the summer. ☀️

During the last week, Fahed was preparing & working on the menu of the youth exchange - Decameron. But not it wasn’t the only event we had. Throughout the last week, our lovely volunteer Lola, have returned to Bergolo - bringing a warm French welcome. 🥐 Now, she will be in the shoes of a photographer & filmmaker during the Decameron. This time, Janis might appear in the photos for a brief moment. 🕺 Speaking of which…

Documentary about the last youth exchange - Enjoy Eat - is finally out & you can check it out here. A small glimpse of what is happening on a project like this, experience non-formal education and form new connections with people. ✨

Meanwhile, Andre and Janis keep generating ideas and ways to create a more balanced, clearer, and mindful working ambient. In the meantime, our returning ex-volunteer, Vicky, who has a passion for Bergolo, arrived a few days before to support us in preparing the place, meet together and visit Cortemilia for the last days of “Fiera Nazionale Della Nocciola”. 🌰

The following week will be crazy, adventurous, and in time, uncomfortable, but that is a part of a non-formal environment.
