Hi everybody!

🐣 Hope you all enjoyed your Easter's week-end!

🌄 We did! Walking around, having a barbecue, watching sunrise and sunset.

🌐 Last week, we finally got internet in our new office, so now, we can enjoy it fully!

🇪🇺 We had an online meeting with others european volunteers who are doing their ESC in Piemonte. Great moment to discover new people and play games with them! We're waiting to meet them face to face, as soon as the situation allows us to do so.

🎨 Vicky met Gianpaolo, an artist who is often coming in Bergolo to support the mayor in exhibitions and concerts, but also to expose his own pieces of art. They are building a partnership for the digitalization project.

🛠 Fahed and Janis build new shelves and candle holders.

🗣 Friday, Andre did a workshop about NVC, we learnt how to go through the 4 steps:

1. Observation: No judgment, no evaluation

2. Feelings: No thoughts

3. Needs: acknowledgment

4. Request: No demand

👂 To create a more benevolent way to communicate with people we can use this sentence:

What I observe is [1].

It makes me feel [2].

It does (doesn't) fulfills my need of [3].
